CTRL-A does not select anything in Word 2007. Any thoughts or
recommendations please?

The sequence does work in other programs in the Office 7 Suite.

In the Customize Keyboard dialog box, make sure that Ctrl+A is assigned to
the EditSelectAll command.

To display the dialog box, click Office button | Word Options | Customize
category | Customize.
