Both suggestions above are certainly worthwhile, however that filename is a
standard Microsoft file, so don't be too surprised if it doesn't show up in
your security scans and maybe something else will.

On the other hand there's nothing to prevent malware authors from
re-cycling a perfectly good filename, and giving that same name to
something vile. Get that file analyzed first to confirm it's truly bad
before you try to simply delete it. I'd try sending it in to Virus Total
