ctf loader

Every time I open any program on my computer I keep getting the message "CTF
LOADER ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE". I have tried to go to the
help center but it says its a problem with office and I don't have office on
my computer. I have tried to restore my computer to different dates before
this problem started with no success. Can anybody help.

Reading two posts from you. (Your other post says you don't have any MS
Office products, which have been suggested as a cause.) Also mentioned is
Plus! Also, the new "Language Bar".
Do you have speech recognition software, per this page? (Or the Lang. bar)

Did you do step three regardless of whether 1 & 2 applied?
Do you understand that #4 in Step 3 means to type:

Regsvr32.exe /u msctf.dll in the run box & click OK?

How about just uninstalling the Language Bar?
