Crystal + VB+ Access

Hey folks

I'm having an issue with generating reports.
In a VB app, a CRViewer gets created to view a report from data against an
access db

After creating a bunch of reports I get the following error message in a
message box

The Following Error has occured (-2147189767) - Logon failed.
Details: DAO Error Code: 0xbed
Source: DAO.DBEngine
Description: Too many client tasks.

The error code and descriptions are provided using the OnReportSourceError
method.
I can't seem to find anything useful in the Crystal Reports KB.

If anyone has seen this, or has any ideas how to solve this problem, please
give me a hand. Frustration is settling in.

thanks ya'll

why would you possibly ever use crysal with Access?

Access reports are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much nicer

It sounds like you may have too many simultaneous connections on that Access
DB. Make sure that every time you open a connection, you close it. Access
wasn't designed to have too many connections at the same time.

Maybe he has no licence for Office (it costs money) and he uses Jet (Access)
files only as database (it's free), but application is, for example,
developed in .NET.
