I am having the exact problem, I have reseached all over but the only answer that I get is to turn off the Certificate---this is not what I want to do, I also downloaded the authroot and installed the certificate but no luck, this is creeping up on a lot of PC's and getting a lot of complaints of slowness when starting up.....driving me up the wall, any help would be AWSOME
