crosstab - different prices as column heading - not fixed

I have a crosstab query that runs like this:

CategoryID CategoryDescription 35 48 60
82
TIL Tile Brown
Green
WOD Wood
Yellow Purple

Is there a way to be able to have the crosstab group them by category so it
looks like this:

CategoryID CategoryDescription 35 60
TIL Tile Brown
Green

48
82
WOD Wood Yellow Purple

The Column Headings will always change the price. Also, how can I get it to
show the format as currency?

If this can be done by a report that would work to.

What would the column names over 30 & 60 be?

Not sure it depends on different criterias. basically they are categories and
prices for different colors underneath. Not sure if that makes sense, my
examples didn't line up right on the post
