Creating table view and merging calendars

I have looked on line and cannot find how to do this. Everything says jsut
create a table view. I'm stuck right there. Additional info:
* Outlook 2003 w/sp3
*I have one outlook called "outlook" with my calendar and my christmas card
contacts. Another called "cell phone" that I sync with my blackjack II.
*When I pull up outlook, It asks me for a profile, then I choose either
outlook or cell phone.
*When I attempted the table view thing in outlook, I chose file/open/oulook
data file and I get to choose outlook1.pst or outlook.pst...neither of these
apppears to be my cell phone file. They are the calendar/christmas card db.
**Ultimately, I want to move keep the Christmas contacts by themselves and
have the Calendaring sync with my cell phone db.

If you use the Advanced toolbar:
http://www.xsolive.com/Outlook Screen shots/Forms/DispForm.aspx?ID=74

Using the view menu:
http://www.xsolive.com/Outlook Screen shots/Forms/DispForm.aspx?ID=75

Select All Appointments or By Category. Now you are in table view.

Select the first item you want to copy, hold shift and select the last.

Go to the edit menu - choose move to folder or copy to folder.
