Creating Reports usings forms

I would like to create a report that displays three to four forms per page
and cannot seem to find instructions on how to do so. I have created the page
header, and dont want to have to recreate the fields in the report, that I
just did in the form.

any help is greatly appreciated

Patrick,

In design mode for you report you can add a subform/subreport to add forms
to your report but you will still need to bind your report to something or
you could get a very long report. It will print a page or two, depending on
data, for every record.
