Did you make a new profile or add the account to the same profile
exchange
was in? Where are the imap accounts sent items saved? If you didn't
select a
new folder (in account settings) they go to the default sent folder which
would be the exchange cache, which it can't access.

Let's Really Fix Outlook

Ok, so SP2 was already loaded and I downloaded and installed the
hotfix. I still get the same error message.
I believe it has something to do with the exchange setup. I am not
using the exchange anymore. I deleted the exchange profile and still
get the error message.
Any more ideas??
Thanks!
