Creating Macros within Outlook

Hello,

I have a website that I want to go to every day when I come into work. I
want to create and outlook appointment with a Macros that when the reminder
window populates it automatically brings up the website. Is this something
that can be done within Outlook 2003 and if so how would I go about creating
this?
