The easiest way is to just type text, formatted the way you want it, in the
header paragraph.
If you want something slightly more "advanced," you can use WordArt; make
sure to anchor the WordArt to the header paragraph to have it repeat on all
pages using that header. You can drag the anchored object to any position on
the page.
In the study guide a .png file was used as the logo for the exercise. I don't
know if that was done using Word Art or if it was something from a scanner.
What is a .png file.?

If it looks like WordArt it probably was. Most of the exercise manuals I've
seen are pretty lame when it comes to the graphics they use. <grin> They
could have done something as basic as copy/paste the WordArt in Paint or
used a screen capture program.
A .png file (Portable Network Graphics) is a graphics file type. It's one
that supports transparency. Most graphics editors can save in the .png
format.
What is the process of anchoring the header paragraph into a Word Art logo
and have it repeat on all pages using that header? Do you use header and
footer tools or the Word Art tools?
