Creating Installation packages

Hello All,
I have a split database using UNC naming conventions. I also use Tony Toews
Auto FE Updater http://www.autofeupdater.com/

I have a client who wants a CD to install Access Runtime files, my front end
database, my backend database and Tony's FE Updater. Will also need to
configure Tony's FE updater INI file.

Do I have to purchase some thousand dollar software package to do this? Are
there companies that can do this for me?

fact free installing systems that you can use to accomplish your task.
