Creating Histograms using Excel

I am having problems creating a historgram using Excel.
Specifically with regards to entering the data in the
correct format so that a chart can be produced.

I have already created my data array and will need to
create two histograms; one with 5 classes and one with
15.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Stacy -

If the Analysis Toolpak is installed, you can choose Data Analysis from the Tools
menu, and scroll down to Histogram. It asks you to specify the data, and you can
define your own bins or let Excel define them for you.

Alternatively, you can define your own bins, and use the FREQUENCY worksheet
function to total up the data, then make a column chart.
