creating File->Get External Data->import button, how

i want to create a button that is similiar to the File-
Get External Data->Import. By only clicking on this
Click to expand...
button, the Import Dialog box will appear to let me choose
the file i want. After i choose the file, the Import
Object dialog box will appear to let me choose whatever
the table, query etc
