Creating Cab files

How could i build cab files in VS 2005 CF 2.0

VS2005 has a device CAB file project template from the File > New > Project
pull down. Makes it loads easier than before.

Dear All,
When I was using VS 2005 beta edition, there was a button in the tool bar
for Building CAB files, so a folder named CAB create in the project
directory, but in VS 2005 full release I couldn't find this button.
