creating attributes

I really need to create these new attributes that exists from the old domain
called studentID and something else into my new domain. Will ldifde do it.
Do i need to create this class or attribute before i import?

the Active Directory Schema snap-in and display specifier modification. You
can add and modify classes and attributes in the schema and extend both the
Administrative Tools and the Windows shell by modifying attributes in
