Creating an email newsletter using Outlook

I am attempting to create an e-mail newsletter which contains graphics and
images. The newsletter is being created on Microsoft Publisher. I would
like to paste the completed newsletter onto my outgoing Outlook email, NOT as
an attachment but as the body of the message. The pasting seems fine, but on
transmittal, the newsletter becomes garbled for the recipient. Could
guidance be provided for creating an e-mail newsletter which can be
transmitted satisfactorily without distortions?

Try saving this as a Web page publication (single page), not a print
publication. You will end up with an HTML file. We do a monthly eNewsletter
in MS-Pub; but, we use MS-ListBuilder (free add-in) service which removes
many headaches beyond just design.
