Is there a add in for Office 2007 so I can create an ebook?

Depends on your definition of e-book.

According to #11 in

PDF can be an e-book format. You can download a PDF Add-in for Word 2007 at

<http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...11-3E7E-4AE6-B059-A2E79ED87041&displaylang=en>

If PDF is not what you had in mind (looking for a different format), or
your question was directed to the layout aspects of your e-book, you
have to specify the question.
