Creating a Webpage with Frames - how to get started?

Hello,

I'd like to use frames to improve my actual webpage.

Unfortunately, I must miss something basic since I can't make it work and
the online help isn't clear to me.

How do I start from scratch?

the easiest improvement I can imagine is to not use Word for a webpage
to begin with. And not use Frames, either! They might seem attractive on
first glance to the author, but they are certainly a nuisance for your
readers.
