Creating a Web form using Access

Good Day;
What I am trying to do is create a form that can be used by a number of
poeple to update an Access data base.
One of the problems I have, I do not have a web server so the Access
database is on a network drive.

Any suggestion

Added information.

I am using Access 2003 at home but.... work is currently using Access 2000
and will migrate to 2003 in the next couple of months
