I am asked to install a button to show a calender in a dap for to capture the
start date and the end date of a project. I tried Allen Browne, but I cannot
convert the form into a dap. Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Hi Giles

Not sure what version of access you have but on most of the newer (2000+)
you can use the active x wizard to insert the calendar control on a form.
Use a button to set the visible = True/False of the control. You can refer
to the calendar in the base query to set the filter if needed or use the
dates generated in formulas or other "stuff". If you need to store the
results it is sometimes a good idea to use SetVaule in a hidden field on the
form from the contents of the calendar.

Hope this helps

Wayne,

I am not sure I understand your answer. How can I use a button to activate
the calendar. In this Access 2003 application I want to click on a button to
open the calendar, I do not have enough room to leave the calendar on the
dap. In fact, I need 4 calendars, one below each other.

Thanks
