I have about 1200 emails I need to convert into a pdf. Is there a way to
convert multiple emails?

Do you have a PDF printer object? If so, you can select multiple messages
and print to that printer.

I have Adobe Writer 8. I tried to print multiple email all at once but it
opens them one at a time then you have to save them. Not meaning to sound
stupid, but what do you mean by object?

I mean an object in Printers and Faxes that looks like a printer but is
actually a converter that creates a PDF file. Adobe Acrobat provides one of
those. If what you're trying produces a separate file for each message,
then I'm not sure what to suggest. Perhaps there's a feature in your
application that will allow all of the messages to be included in a single
document.

Hi Margee,

I'm not sure if this will help or not, but I have Adobe Standard at work and
I'm able to put several documents (I've never tried 1200 though) into a file
on my computer, then select all the documents, right click and select
"Combine into one PDF" (it's worded something like that - I'm not at my work
computer right now). Adobe does its magic and puts all of the documents into
one nice, neat PDF file. The only downside I've found with it is that it
sometimes puts the first few documents out of order, but you can easily drag
them back into the correct order.
