Creating a Gantt Chart

I really don't want to venture into MS Project.

Do any of the MVP's have any references for creating a Gantt in Excel?

Thanks -- but I did google -- and got lots of "stuff" -- but was looking for
some help from someone who really knew what they were doing.

I guess this isn't the place to do that.

Excel chart guru Jon Peltier has instructions for a "simple" Gantt chart at
pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMArticle.asp?ID=343

and instructions for "advanced" Gantt charts at
peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/GanttChart.html

If you run into problems, I suggest posting in the
microsoft.public.excel.charting newsgroup.
