Creating a Frame in Excel 2003

Hi. Just wondering if anybody could help me with this.

I am inputting data on a particular spreadsheet regularly. Is there any way
I can create a sort of frame for the page so that when I scroll down, the
headings are always above the line in which I'm trying to type? Any help
would be appreciated as there are a lot of headings and it's annoying having
to scroll to the top of the page just to find out what the next few headings
are. Also, if you can do this, will it affect a print out?

Thanks in advance,

nicfd

Select the cell below the header in column A. Then go to Window - Freeze
Pane. this will not effect Printing. There is a serperate ption for
Printing header at the top of each Page

File - Page Setup - Sheet - rows to repeat at top of each page
