Creating a form with a matrix of entry points

Hi all,

I need to design a form that takes 60 values to be entered. theses values
are related in such a way that they can easily form a matrix.
These values will all be stored in an entity with similar or corrisponding
names. ie BlackMaleSenior, IndianFemaleUnskilled
eg
Senior Middle Junior skilled unskilled
Black
Male
Female
White
Male
Female
Coloured
Male
Female
Indian
Male
Female

I though of using text boxes, but the thought of 60 of them is scary.
Any one got any other Ideas I can try

HI,
Yes I though of that, but perhaps some info I did not include. THis is a web
app, and I wouldnt want the client to have to go through the process of
initiating an edit for each row.
