Creating a Dataset

I am trying to create a Dataset where I am selecting one of my Oracle Tabels from the Server Explorer List....when I try to drop it into the Dataset screen I get the following error

"The connection could not be opened because of the following error: Unable to find an entry point names OCIEnvCreate in DLL oci.dll

Microsoft.public.dotnet.framwork.adonet.

I think you get an asnwer there
