Created PhotoStory 3 - sent it to someone; can't open it

I created a little string of pictures with background music and sent it to
the recipient as an anniversary surprise. They can't open it, and neither
can 2 other people. They all have Windows Media Player.

What's going wrong? They got a message about codecs.

Did you send the .wp3 project file or
did you send the .wmv movie file?

BTW...the .wp3 project file is useless
unless you have PhotoStory 3 installed
and wish to re-edit the project.
