Created DVD with Photostory 3; irregular playback on DVD player

I have created a 250 slideshow & music DVD with PhotoStory 3. Also downloaded
the Sonic plug-in for burning disc to DVD+RW 4.7 GB disc. In trying to play
on a DVD player (fairly new one), the project "freezes" at each picture for
several seconds, then moves on. This happens with every slide. Picture and
sound OK once it transitions, but as I say, it freezes consistently
throughout the slideshow.

Any suggestions? Thanks ... have spent hours on this!

Could be that the project is too complex.
PhotoStory 3 has a 300 image limit but
when you add lots of music files and special
effects you could be over the line.

Could be that the DVD player is not fully
compatible with DVD+RW disks. Maybe
a DVD-R would work better.

And...some DVD players just do not work
perfectly with home made DVDs.

If your DVD player is JPEG compatible,
you might have better luck if you create
a simple data disk and allow the DVD
player to play it's own slide show.
