Create virtual directory on Windows 2000 Professional

Hi I'm new to this kind of thing and was wondering if anyone can help or has
suggestions as to how I can create a virtual directory on Windows 2000
Professional, I've found directions for normal Windows 2000 but it doesn't
follow the same structure...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you talking about in IIS for a Web site or FTP site or something? And
what is Windows 2000 normal as opposed to Windows 2000 Professional? Need
more details of what you're trying to do, and what it preventing you from
doing it.

A virtual directory is the name given to a subweb used with IIS. You can easliy create a Virtual Directory in Windows 2000 using IIS Manager. You FrontPage extend it there too. Unfortuanately if you are using FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions then it is not so easy. Takes a little hand work.
