Create recurring appointment for different day

I need to know how I can schedule an appointment to recur
at different dates. For example I need to schedule time
with a client for Mon. Sept 13 Tues. Sept 28 Fri. Oct.
16.
Is there a way to pick these dates using Outlook 2003
recurring utility? I have not been successful with
this.
