Create multiple calendar invites, but only allow users to pick one

Does anyone know how to set up Outlook's Calendar meeting
requests to send user's multiple time sessions but the
ability to only pick one session.
We are attempting to set up training, which will span
several days. Training sessions will be 2 hours in the
morning and 2 hours in the evening. Rather than send an
individual meeting request for each training sessions, I
would like a way to send all of the available time slots
to our users and then they would have the option to pick
the most convenient time slot.
Is this possible?

Hi,

I've personally never been able to pull off what you're
asking, but even though it may not seem so elegant, it
seems to me that Voting Buttons could be configured for
different timeslots and them emailed to your various
recipients. I use Voting Buttons alot in this exact
situation. You'd need to manually enter the results as
meetings or appointments post recipient selection, but
still it would be better and more accurate than placing a
phone call and you'd have a track record of who selected
what.

Hope this stokes a possible work-around for you...

Hello Juan,

Has anyone replied to you? I have the same basic question.
I'm an HR guy and I want to know if there is any way to
efficienctly schedule candidates to come in for interviews.
Meaning, I'd like to just send one meeting request to
several people who can then pick their interview time slot.
