create/merge and print multiple calendars (outlook 2003)

I want to create and print a "master" calendar that views or merges several
other calendars. We have several attorneys where we need to keep their
calendars. In addition, we have several court functions to maintain the
calendar as well. As an example, we need a calendar showing all hearings in
magistrate court. These hearings will be covered by different attorneys. So
we need to be able to see what's going on in magistrate court on a certain
day, but in addition need to see a calendar showing what an individual
attorney is doing, probably in magistrate court or several courts. This
needs to be unique to that attorney only so he/she can download to his/her
BlackBerry. finally, we would like to see a "master" calendar showing all
events by all attorneys in all courts.
