Create Harvey Balls in Excel?

How would I create Harvey Balls in Excel? (Circles full, half full etc that I
can use in a drop down selection menu)

Using a font that contains these characters, put one character each in a
vertical range of cells (perhaps on another, hidden, worksheet) and name
the range (say, "harvey"). In the cell to contain the dropdown, choose
Data/Validation:

Allow: List
Source: =harvey
