Create Folders

Is there a way to create a separate folder (ex. Filing Cabinet) that is not a
sub folder of an IMAP account. In Outlook 2003 I created a PST folder called
Filing Cabinet then created subfolders to file emails sent and received by
category, name, etc. Can this be done in WM, if so how?

Right-click on Local Folders and select New Folder.
