create database publish to server

I created database with access2000/ created table, query, form, data access
page.
database saved to fpdb folder in frontpage, data access page saved as htm
page in the root directory. Have all permissions set. The access data page
works when I preview in browser from access2000. I publish to server using
frontpage extensions are installed. I type in address bar

as births.htm is the access data page but the data does not show, only the
heading I put on the page. I have done everything step by stepwhat am I
doing something wrong or am I missing something.
Can anyone tell me in laymen terms what I am not doing correctly as this is
giving me a headache.

You need to use the database results wizard to show the data from the
database; the results page must have an ASP extension.

You can't insert or view a "raw" mdb access file through a web page, the
data has to be retrieved with the Database Results Wizard or other ASP code
that writes the results to a web page.
