create cover letter for any job

I am trying to create a basic cover letter for a customer service type
position or data antry, or call center environment.......please help....I
have created a resume using a word template already.

There is no such thing as a "one size fits all" cover letter. At least not
one that will get you a job. I would suggest visiting some of the career
sites for ideas for the content of a cover letter.
