Found my answer! You tile your database window and the Window that contains
the folder of where you you want the macro to run from. (It creates a
shortcut to the macro). Then you use windows schedular to run it at a given
time every day

Create a shortcut for a MS Access 2007 macro

Hi,
I struggled to understand what you meant by tiling the db and the folder where you want the shortcut.. anycase think I have figured it out. You just drag the macro from the db to the folder where you want it, correct?
Let me know if this is what you meant please.
Thanks
Marlene
