Create a report from a form variable

My form has a field that allows a number (1-99). I would like to pass that
variable to create a report that includes every record that contains the
variable.

Thanks Jeff, but I want to have a choice of 3 or 4 reports to choose from.
My form is a continuous form that shows some of the fields but I want to
generate reports with more fields and in various formats. The report formats
have been created. I want to choose records from my continuous form and the
call another form that will give me various report options for those records.
Any ideas?
