NET.exe can create shares as can several of the Resource Kit tools and
from a cmd prompt. Although the registry may hold share information,
you cannot create a Share via registy edits.

That's what I was afraid of. I'm aware of net share, using vb and rezkit
tools but I was hoping regedit would do it.
