Create a Hyperlink Automatically

I am using Acess 2003 on Windows XP. I have created a document storage
database where each record links to a document stored on our file server.
Again, each record links to an individual .pdf document stored on our file
server. It is possible to create a hyperlink per record, in either the main
table field or on a form, by combining text (S:\CD\Agreements\) with the
database generated record number and also a .pdf on the end to the location
where the document are stored.
Something like S:\CD\Agreements\ + RecordNo + .pdf.
If this could be done automatically, I wouldn't have to type in the
hyperlink address or drag the file into the field. Any guidance is
appreciated.
