Create a form to be filled out with a button to submit by e-mail

I would like to create a form to be published on a website, filled out by
someone, then they click on a button which will automatically submit that
form to a specified e-mail address.

If your site is hosted on a server that has the FP extensions and configured to process email by the
web host, then you can use the FP Form components. See FP help.
