create a distribution list from my contacts

Is there a way I can create a distribution list from my contacts and not have
to add in each one seperately. If I have a DL that needs 125 people added,
can I somehow select them and put them in a DL without typing them
individually?

Thanks

Maybe you should look at using categories rather than a Distribution List.
See my sig for more info.

How do I add a category to an existing contact?

What do you mean "See my sig for more information"? I didn't see a link to
anything.

Is there a way to add a category and then add several contacts to it at once
and not have to do that individually?

Thanks

My sigs says "please tell us the VERSION of the application you are asking
about". You didn't.

Yes. Select all the ones you want in a certain Category, right click,
Categorize.
