create a border of words

I would like to create a border to go all around a page. For example, I want
to list songs by a certain artist and place them in border.
I have tried to do this in Word, Publisher and Power Point, but cannot get
anything to wrap around.

The only way to do this is to use four text boxes--or to create the border
in a graphics application.
