Crash when doing "Save As"

Every time I try to do a "Save As" in Excel, the program
crashes and the file is not saved. This happens whether
I am renaming a file, changing the format (csv to xls),
changing the directory, whatever. Since I need to open
CSV files and save them as Excel files, this is not
acceptable.

Any help will be appreciated.

Follow-up:

Problem was caused by a corrupted xlb file. When I
deleted the xlb file and used an older archived version,
this problem also cleared up.

Just in case anyone wants to know.
