Crash Analysis

Recently my computer began to crash. After completing
the check disk utility and allowing the system to perform
a system check after restarting it, I sent an error
report to Microsoft. The response stated it was the
device driver, however, I have not installed any new
software. No updates were available either. I have no
idea how to solve this problem. Also, tonight I
attempted to open Outlook Express and the error message
that appeared stated: MSOE.DLL could not be initialized.
Outlook Express may not be installed properly. Another
error message appeared that said Outlook Express can not
be opened because the disk was full or my computer may be
out of memory. Does anyone know how to correct these
problems? Also, since I am unable to open Outlook
Express, please email the response to (e-mail address removed)

Thank you

I have the exact same problem on my computer, with
Windows XP. I was able to get back into Outlook Express
by doing a System Restore to the last checkpoint.
Although previous attempts at a System Restore failed.
This time it worked, but I still have the problems of the
computer shutting down on its own. Cleaning didn't help,
as I've been told it could be overheating. Please let me
know if you figure out a solution. I'll do the same.

Thanks,
Bob
