CRAIGS LIST ERROR IN REPLY (possibly POP 3 error)

I have these problems with GMAIL and also YAHOO. After replying to the email address from the user on craigs list (usually a long random email) I get an error that says " THE EMAIL COULD NOT BE SENT. THERE IS ACCESS TO THE MAIL SERVER BUT THE SERVER IS NOT RESPONDING."

I SET UP THE ACCOUNT FINE BECAUSE THE TESTING ACCOUNT BUTTON FULLY COMPLETES WITH NO ERRORS.

I ONLY GET THE ERROR WHEN I TRY TO SEND ANYONE A REPLY ON CRAIGS LIST.

NOW ALSO WHEN I LOGON TO THAT SAME GMAIL ACCOUNT USING GMAIL I RECIEVE NO ERRORS AS OF YET....IT HAS ONLY BEEN A FEW HOURS.

Outlook cannot be used with free Yahoo.com accounts. Plesae post the EXACT
text of the error message (except for the mail addresses it contains).
