CPU usage AGAIN

I was haveing problems with my cpu useage (always at 100%)
A process CONTROL.EXE was useing 99%. I have restarted my computer twice
and now i have a process UQDPT.EXE useing 99% of my cpu.
Do i have a virus? Just completed a complete virus sacn but nothing was reveled
There have been two other processes that have shown up and use most of my cpu
one was NEW.EXE.. The other i can't remember.
Anyone have an idea where the processes come from? Any help would be
very much apprecitated. THANK YOU!

Had to restart my computer.. Now i have a process PWQTXWKPUDD
useing my cpu at 99%.. The previous process no longer shows under
processes. I have some other issues but i would like to resolve this first.

It's too late for help. Backup your data because you need to do a clean
install.
