CPU/Memory clock???

Hi!

Just trying to get my head around these memory/CPU timings...

CPU =2.6Ghz P4 on 800Mhz bus with stock cooling
Memory=Kingston PC3500/DDR433 Cas 2 3-3-7 T1 (single stick)
Video = ATI 128meg 9600XT
Mainboard = Asus P4C800-E. Intel 875P chipset.

With all default speed settings:
CPU = 200Mhz x 13 = 2.6Ghz @1.525v - Sounds fine
Memory = 266Mhz @ 2.6v - Why detected at this speed?
AGP bus = 66Mhz @ 1.5v

Overclocking, it seems to be stable at:
CPU = 250Mhz x 13 =3.25Ghz @ 1.7v Max 48'C
Memory = 320Mhz @ 2.65v
AGP bus = 80Mhz @1.6v - Haven't run any heavy 3D on this yet...

(I'm only running 1 stick as I'm waiting for a pair of OCZ PC4200/DDR533 to
arrive)

I thought it was best to run the memory and CPU at the same clock speed.
This mainboard only allows 266/320/400 settings for DDR speed. How does the
PC3500/DDR433 coincide with the detected 266Mhz or the 320Mhz that it seems
to be able to run? PC won't boot with DDR set to 400 (didn't raise voltage
much).

Any suggestions as to where I could squeeze these timings a bit more?
Comments?

Just trying to get my head around these memory/CPU timings...

Video = ATI 128meg 9600XT

With all default speed settings:
CPU = 200Mhz x 13 = 2.6Ghz @1.525v - Sounds fine
Memory = 266Mhz @ 2.6v - Why detected at this speed?
AGP bus = 66Mhz @ 1.5v

So... Running 266Mhz, the memory is running at 2/3 the FSB speed (x2 for
DDR). So this is equivilent to a 2:3 ratio...
Overclocking, it seems to be stable at:
CPU = 248Mhz x 13 =3.25Ghz @ 1.7v Max 52'C
Memory = 320Mhz @ 2.75v
AGP bus = 80Mhz @1.6v - Q3 Demo seems to work fine

Running CPU at 248Mhz and memory at 320Mhz (4:5 ratio) means that memory is
actually running at 396Mhz. Not a 1:1 ratio, so still not optimal, right?
(I'm only running 1 stick as I'm waiting for a pair of OCZ PC4200/DDR533 to
arrive)

Kingston HyperX PC3500/DDR433 Cas 2 3-3-7 T1 means that I should be able to
keep my timings to 2-3-3-7, set the CPU for 216Mhz and run memory at 400Mhz
(1:1 ratio) which means memory should run 433Mhz, correct???? The PC won't
boot with these settings.

So... do I understand this correctly, and if so, why won't the memory run
@432Mhz?
