CPU External Freq on P4C800ED

Hi,
P4C800-ED, 2.8C P4, 800 FSB, HT on

1 gig Corsair CMX3500C2 Memory

Want to run memory at DDR400, 2.75volts

Setting memory voltage and need to verify the CPU External Freq fig that
comes up in the AI Overclock Tuner menu when set to manual. I do not know
the multiplier. The value that comes up for the CPU External Freq is 200.
Is this the value I should continue to use if I do not want to overclock?

Yes. The FSB should be 200MHz.

Yes, and the multiplier will be locked on 14 for the 2.8GHz P4. (2800/200=14) See Advanced -> CPU
configuration -> Rate of Actual Value.

I made the changes in the memory timing and voltage and the system is
running fast and super stable for now.
