CPU and Video Card Temps?

I have followed with interest discussions regarding mobo temperatures.
I have a P4S8X-X with a P4 2.8 CPU and an ASUS V9280 Video Suite
(contains an NVIDIA Ge Force Ti4200 8x AGP)
Using Asus Probe 2 my mobo temp is 35 C and CPU is 44 C. Using Asus
Smart Doctor my Video Card GPU is 56 C and RAM is 46 C. I do not over
clock either the CPU nor the Graphic card.
The current ambient temperature is upper 20's C (mild Australian summer,
so far)
Do these temperatures seem a little high? Especially the Video Card?
I do play games (However these readings are while the machine is idling).
What are acceptable temperatures for CPU's Mobo's and video cards?

I know you can't be specific, but ...

Cheers
